For our assignment, the group I was in had to create the MCAST Festival website for 2022. On this website, one can find the events that will be hosted, the projects of the students who did their thesis, the catalog, and lastly information about what the festival consists of. Since the website is an event website, it consists of significant information, therefore we tried to make it user friendly as possible by keeping the structure the same throughout and keeping the information as clear as possible.

Student Hero

Because the main focus of the website is the students working on their dissertation projects, we decided to create a hero banner that includes a video of them working on their projects so that the user who visits the website will immediately understand what the website is about.

Note: All images used in these designs are a placeholder, used as an art direction for when the teachers gave us the information we needed
